摘要
研究了大米浊度的测量方法,准确称取10.00g大米样品于具塞三角瓶中,加入50.0ml纯水,在振荡器上振荡10min,量取1.0ml溶液于25ml容量瓶中,用水定溶至刻度线,摇匀后于680nm波长下比色。本方法的相对标准偏差小于2%,精密度好,重现性高。
The method of measuring rice turbidity was studied.Ten grams rice sample and 50 ml of pure water were added into a triangular flask to oscillate for 10 min,1 ml of the cleaning mixture was added into a volumetric flask(25 ml)and diluted to scale line by pure water.After shaking violently,the diluent was measured by a UV-VIS spectrophotometer at 680 nm wavelength.The method had good precision and high reproducibility,and the relative standard deviation(RSD)was less than 2%.
