甲亚胺-H酸分光光度法测定饲料中硼的含量

Determination of boron content in feed by spectrophotometer with azomethine-H acid

介绍了甲亚胺-H酸分光光度法测定饲料中硼含量的分析方法。在酸性条件下,硼与甲亚胺-H酸生成可溶性的棕黄色络合物,吸光度与硼的浓度成正比。方法的检出限为0.531μg/g,标准回收率为96.88%～97.63%,相对标准偏差为0.55%～2.46%(n=7)。本研究建立的分析方法准确度、灵敏度、精密度高,方法简便、快速,适用于各类饲料中硼含量的分析研究。

The analytical method for the determination of boron in feed by spectrophotometry with azomethine-H acid.In the acidic condition,boron and azomethine-H acid become dissolubility of yellow complex compound.And its absorptivty and concentration of boron content were in direct proportion.The method detection limit was 0.531μg/g,normative recycle-rate was between 96.88%-97.63%,relative standard deviation was from 0.55%to 2.46%(n=7).The established analytical method had the advantages of high accuracy,sensitivity,precision,simplicity and rapidity,suitable for the determination of boron content in all kinds of feed.
