高校社区养老服务现状及整合照料式养老服务模式接受度调查研究

Status quo of pension service in university community and survey study on acceptability of integrated care pension service mode

目的了解高校社区中老年人群的养老现状、需求及其对整合照料式养老模式的尝试意愿。方法选取我国123所大学的高校中社区老年居民(50岁以上)作为研究对象,进行问卷调查。问卷内容包括:调查对象的基本信息;调查对象的养老现状;调查对象的养老需求及其对整合照料式养老模式的尝试意愿。结果调查对象的养老方式主要为居家养老(48.0%)及家庭养老(35.1%)。其中28.7%的调查对象认为目前养老所存在的困难为医保报销比例低,25.4%及25.0%的调查对象认为自身目前养老还存在体弱多病、就医不便及没有人照料生活的困难。调查对象的养老服务需求主要包括家政服务(58.7%)、安全保障服务(56.4%)、生活照顾(52.8%)等。此外,64.6%的调查对象均愿意尝试整合照料式养老模式。二项分类Logistic回归结果显示,文化程度、职业及养老方式是调查对象是否愿意尝试整合照料式养老模式的影响因素。结论高校社区中老年人群对整合照料式养老模式的尝试意愿较强。

Objective To understand the current situation and demands of university community elderly population pension and their attempt willingness to the integrated care pension mode.Methods The elderly residents aged over 50 years old in 123 colleges and universities of our country were selected as the study subjects to conduct the questionnaire survey.The questionnaire contents included the basic information of the respondents,their pension status quo,pension demands and attempt willingness to the integrated care pension mode.Results The pension modes of respondents were mainly the home-based care for the aged(48.0%)and family supporting care for the aged(35.1%).Among them,28.7%of respondents considered that the difficulty existing in current pension was low medicare reimbursement ratio,25.4%and 25.0%of respondents considered that the self current pension had the difficulties such as frail health,inconvenient for seeing the doctor and no one took care of life.The pension service needs of the respondents mainly included the household management service(58.7%),security assurance service(56.4%),life care(52.8%),etc.In addition,64.6%of the respondents were willing to try the integrated care pension mode.The binomial Logistic regression results showed that the cultural degree,occupation and pension mode were the influencing factors whether the respondents willing to try the integrated care pension mode.Conclusion The elderly populations in university community have strong attempt willingness to the integrated care pension mode.
