摘要
为了提高施工现场棒材计数的精度和效率,论文提出了一种交互式图像处理的棒材识别与自动计数方法。在数字图像处理之前,通过简单的人机交互获取棒材端面色彩和几何特征,从而加快了棒材识别和计数速度,并在Android平台上实现了棒材计数APP。实验结果表明,该方法具有较强的适应性和灵活性,能够满足施工现场对棒材的快速计数要求。
In order to improve the accuracy and efficiency of rods counting in the construction fields,this paper proposes a novel method for rods identification and automatic counting based on interactive image processing(IP).Before digital IP,color and geometric features of rod faces can be obtained by simple human-machine interactive operations to speed up rods recognition and counting.Meanwhile,an APP for rods counting is implemented based on Android operating systems.Simulation results show that the proposed method is scalable and flexible,and the method meets the need of rods counting rapidly in various construction fields.
