基于移动无线网络长连接的快速复电应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对当前配电网运维存在"重抢修轻运行"严峻局面,现有运维体系承受着巨大压力。快速复电业务作为配电网运维的核心环节,需要配电网信息系统对业务运作有更强的支撑能力。重点研究快速复电移动应用,通过移动无线An-droid系统中优化的AlarmManager模块,并配合C2000K的服务器项目,设计了一个由服务器端和Android移动客户端的系统,将移动无线网络长连接技术成功应用在电网快速复电。在提高用电可靠性的同时,实现了配电网故障早发现、早定位、早处理,极大减少抢修复电的时间。同时,快速复电系统的实现,为供电企业的配网故障快速抢修复电管理工作提供了更加高效便捷的途径,对于未来供电企业的信息化建设更是具有不可替代的应用价值和现实意义。 Aiming at the phenomenon of"heavy repair light running"in the power distribution network,the existing mainte?nance system is working under great heavy pressure.Moreover,the fast power supply recovering system works as the key point in the power distribution network,which needs a more strong support ability from the business information system.This paper focuses on the fast power supply recovering application,a module named as AlarmManager is optimized in the wireless Android system.Thus,in order to combine with the C2000K server project,the long connection of mobile wireless network is successfully applied to the fast power supply recovering system based on the server and client system,which guarantees the reliability of power usage and im?proves the electricity reliability failure early detection,early positioning,early treatment.Based on integration of marketing and dis?tribution,the system utilizes model of distribution network,equipment ledger,and customer information.Moreover,the achieve?ment of the speedy power recovery system provides an efficient and convenient way for repair the power outage.There is irreplace?able application value and realistic meaning toward the future power supply business.
