感谢有你,妈妈老师——一堂心理健康活动课教学设计
摘要
感恩是传统美德,也属于积极心理学中的重要品质。感恩教育是小学教育的一项重要内容。通过感恩回忆、感恩记录、感恩剧场、感恩贺卡等有趣的活动,不仅有效提高个体的感恩水平,体验更多的积极情绪,有利于学生的身心健康发展,而且能够提升学生的综合素质。
