摘要 随着人口老龄化以及日益增长的社会竞争带来的压力,与机体功能衰退相关的衰老性疾病越来越严重地影响人们的生活质量。D-半乳糖致衰老鼠模型的生化指标和生理指标均与自然衰老相似,在国内外抗衰老研究中的使用频率逐渐增加。文中介绍了D-半乳糖致老鼠衰老的机制,总结了基于该模型的相关抗衰老药物研究成果,展望了抗衰老研究的发展方向,为防治衰老,实现全民健康衰老提供参考。 With the aging of the population and the pressure of increasing social competition,aging diseases associated with the decline of the body s function are increasingly affecting the quality of our lives.The biochemical and physiological indexes of D-galactose-induced aging mouse model are similar to natural aging,and the frequency of use in anti-aging research at home and abroad is gradually increasing.This paper introduces the mechanism of D-galactose-induced aging in mice,summarizes the research results of related anti-aging drugs based on this model,and forecasts the development direction of anti-aging research,providing reference for prevention and treatment of aging and achieving healthy aging of the whole people.
