摘要
本文主要研究了锂渣粉掺量及锂渣粉与其他功能外加剂对水泥基灌浆料性能的影响。试验结果表明:掺一定量的锂渣粉对水泥基灌浆料的流动度和强度影响不大,且需选择适应性较好的聚羧酸减水剂;锂渣粉掺量在20%以内时,掺适量消泡剂和纤维素醚可以使水泥基灌浆料获得优良的工作性能和力学性能。
This paper mainly studies the content of lithium slag powder and the influence of lithium slag powder and other functional additives on the properties of cement-based grouting material.The test results show that a certain amount of lithium slag powder has little influence on the fluidity and strength of cement-based grouting material,and polycarboxylate superplasticizer with good adaptability should be selected.When the content of lithium slag powder is less than 20%,adding proper amount of defoaming agent and cellulose ether can make cement-based grouting material obtain excellent working and mechanical properties.
