建筑工业化时代的绿色建筑

Green Buildings in the Era of Industrialization

我国绿色建筑已经进入了建筑工业化发展时代,如何利用好建筑工业化的优势,将其融入到绿色建筑之中,成为推动绿色建筑进一步发展的关键问题。文章首先明确了绿色建筑与建筑工业化的内涵及特点,然后剖析了目前绿色建筑推广的现状及挑战,提出建构智能化的工业化绿色建筑新体系,建立全新的建筑工业化模式的设想。最后概述了建筑工业化时代下绿色建筑的发展趋势,提出了绿色建筑与建筑工业化结合的新思路。

China's green building has entered the era of building industrialization.How to take advantage of building industrialization and integrate it into green building has become a key issue to promote further development of green building.This paper firstly clarifies the connotation and characteristics of green building and building industrialization,then analyzes the current status and challenges of green building promotion,and puts forward the idea of building a new intelligent industrialized green building system and establishing a new model of building industrialization.Finally,the development trend of green buildings in the era of industrialization of buildings is summarized,and a new idea of combining green buildings with industrialization of buildings is proposed.
