新时代背景下城市停车设施发展策略研究

Research on the Development Strategy of Urban Parking Facilities in the New Era

新时代背景下提出创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享的城市发展新理念,指明了城市发展的目标与方向,也为城市停车设施的规划与建设提供新的发展思路。随着城镇化和科学技术的快速发展,汽车产业也迎来新的机遇与挑战,交通拥堵与停车难也成为现代城市迫切需要解决的问题。文章主要思考新时代背景下城市停车设施在规划、设计与发展中的问题,并提出共享化配置、人性化设计与产业化发展3个方面发展策略,以期为新时期城市公共停车设施发展与建设提供参考。

In the new era,the new concept of urban development,which is innovative,coordinated,green,open and shared,has been put forward,and the goal and direction of urban development are pointed out,and a new development idea is provided for the planning and construction of urban parking facilities.With the rapid development of urbanization and science and technology,the automobile industry is also facing new opportunities and challenges.Traffic congestion and parking have become an urgent problem to be solved in modern cities.This paper mainly thinks about the problems in the planning,design and development of urban parking facilities under the background of the new era,and puts forward three development strategies of shared allocation,humanized design and industrialization,in order to provide reference for the development and construction of urban public parking facilities in the new period.
