Construction Practice of Hyperbolic Cooling Tower

灌云城乡一体化项目双曲线冷却塔,冷却塔由环形基础、大底板、池壁、人字柱、塔身组成。双曲线形的筒身为壳体结构,整体采用现浇钢筋混凝土,底部由32对人字柱组成支撑。其中,人字柱和环板形基础均采用现浇钢筋混凝土,塔身结构应用翻模体系施工。

The hyperbolic cooling tower of Guanyun urban-rural integration project consists of annular foundation,large bottom plate,pool wall,herringbone column and tower body.The hyperbolic cylinder body is a shell structure with cast-in-place reinforced concrete as a whole and32pairs of herringbone columns at the bottom.Among them,cast-in-situ reinforced concrete is used for Herringbone column and annular plate foundation,and turning form system is used for tower structure construction.
