关于新城新区成片开发采用EPC总承包招标的实践研究——以南部新城基础设施项目建设为例

Practical Research on EPC General Contracting Bidding for the Development of New District——Taking the Construction of Infrastructure Projects in the South of New Town as an Example

与传统的工程发包模式相比,EPC总承包模式具有显著优势。EPC总承包模式可以充分发挥设计在整个工程建设过程中的主要作用,能够有效克服设计、采购、施工相互制约和相互脱节的矛盾并且建设工程质量责任主体明确减少业主的管理层级、管理跨度和管理难度。文章以南京南部新城基础设施项目建设为工程背景,详细介绍了招标方式、工程咨询在EPC总承包模式中的应用。

Compared with the traditional engineering contracting mode,the EPC general contracting mode has significant advantages.Epc general contracting mode can give full play to the main role of design in the whole process of engineering construction,can effectively overcome the design,procurement,The contradiction of mutual restriction and disconnection of construction and the main body of construction project quality responsibility clearly reduce the owner's management level,management span and management difficulty.This paper takes the construction of Nanjing New City Infrastructure Project as the engineering background,and introduces the application of bidding method and engineering consultation in the EPC general contracting mode.
