摘要
工程平面呈菱形,为B级高度超限高层建筑,存在高度超限,扭转不规则,刚度突变三项不规则,且核心筒高宽比较大。文章详细介绍了重要部位的抗震性能目标,并对其进行抗震性能分析,采用弹性时程分析法进行了多遇地震下的补充计算及罕遇地震下的弹塑性时程分析,结果表明结构具有良好的抗震性能,较好满足抗震设计两阶段的性能目标。
The plane of this building is rhombic.The project is out-of-code high-rise building with the height of B-level required in code.There are some out-of-code items such as out-of-code high-rise,torsional irregularity,stiffness mutation,and height to width of core tube is larger.Details of seismic performance objectives of important parts were introduce,and its seismic performance analysis was carried out,and the elastic time-history analysis was used to supplement the earthquake calculation under frequent earthquake,and elastic-plastic time-history analysis was carried out under rare earthquake.The results show that the structure has good seismic performance,and can effectively meet the performance objectives of the two-stage design in seismic design.
