预制混凝土夹心墙板热工性能试验研究 被引量:3

摘要 文章对4块预制混凝土夹心墙板的热工性能进行试验研究,通过变化连接件的种类,探索连接件对墙板热工性能的影响。试验结果表明:连接件的热桥效应明显,与无连接件的预制墙板相比,采用纤维连接件的墙板的传热系数提高8%,而采用不同金属连接件的墙板的传热系数分别提高20.9%与14.3%。因此,在实际工程应用中,采用不同连接件时,建议对墙板的相关热工性能参数进行相应折减。 In this paper,the thermal performance of four prefabricated concrete sandwich panels were tested,The influence of the shear connectors on the thermal performance of the whole wall panel were explored by transforming the types of connectors.Test results showed that the thermal bridge effect caused by shear connectors was obviously.Compared with the prefabricated sandwich panel without connectors,the heat transfer coefficient of the wall panel with fiber connectors was increased by8%,while the wall panels with different metal connectors were increased by20.9%and14.3%,respectively.Therefore,the relevant thermal performance parameters of the sandwich panels should be made any amplification factor when they used in actual applications.
