摘要
扬州1912餐饮集中区生活记忆馆主体采用钢结构,外围护结构采用清水砖墙,该技术综合运用小尺寸砖和普通砖砌筑柱、梁模壳,将现浇钢筋混凝土柱、梁和钢结构柱、梁及砖砌墙体连接成整体,以有效地提高外围护砌体的抗震性能。该方法的主要施工工序包括:钢筋骨架绑扎、焊接,砖模壳和砖墙砌筑,构造柱、圈梁混凝土浇筑养护。该方法以砖砌模壳代替常规的钢木模板,保证结构安全的同时兼顾了清水墙体外观一致性,降低了施工成本和工期,便于在多层砌体房屋及古建筑加固仿建中推广应用。
The life memory pavilion in Yangzhou1912catering concentration area which main structure adopts steel structure,the outer protective structure uses the brick wall without plastering,this technology uses small size bricks in combination with ordinary bricks,which connected not only the seismic constructional columns-beams but also steel columns-beams and brick walls into an integral structure to improve the seismic performance of envelope masonry.The main construction procedures of the method include colligation and welding of steel skeleton,construction of brick formwork and brick wall,the concrete pouring and curing of constructional column and ring beam.This method takes the brick formwork to replace conventional steel-wood formwork,which not only ensures the safety of the structure and the appearance consistency of the brick wall without plastering,but also reduces the cost and erecting period of the formwork,and it is easy to be applied in multistory masonry buildings and retrofitting ancient buildings.
