摘要
无锡灵山梵宫修缮工程的主塔厅总高约60m;由于装修工程及检测工程的需要需在原有的楼面层搭设室内超高脚手架方可施工。然而,由于该楼面遭受过火灾,楼面的承载力难以保证上部架体的安全,因此,需采用特定的技术将上部脚手架的荷载直接传递至楼面的主梁和立柱上,我公司通过集思广益最终采用可拆卸式桁架片技术,挑空超高脚手架并结合相应的有限元计算和实时动态监测技术,实现对该脚手架的监测与报警,最终确保脚手架在整个施工过程中的安全使用。
The total height of main tower hall for renovation works of Wuxi Lingshan Palace Museum is60m,super high scaffolding is required to set up in original floor considering the needs of decoration and inspection project.While this building had been subjected to fire before,the floor loading can not guarantee the safety of upper scaffolding.We should use special technology to transfer the loading on upper scaffolding directly to the main beam and column on floor,finally we decide to adopt the removable truss,super high and empty parlor scaffolding together with Finite element calculation and real-time dynamic monitoring technology to achieve the monitoring and alarming of scaffolding,finally ensured the safety using of scaffolding in the whole construction process.
