Think of the Business System and the Business Environment in Shaanxi Province

2014年以来,陕西省工商行政管理局率先在全国实施商事制度改革,市场准入环境更加方便快捷,竞争环境更加公平有序,有效激发了大众创业万众创新热潮,各类市场主体快速增长。本文分析商事制度改革中面临的问题,提出全面深化已部署的改革任务、牵头实施好简化企业开办和注销程序行动、扎实推进"证照分离"改革等建议。

Since2014,Shaanxi Administration for Industry and Commerce took initiative actions to make continuous innovations,and made the first business system reform in China.From then,the market access environment has been more convenient,the competition environment has been fairer and orderlier,which effectively stimulates the boom of public entrepreneurship and innovation,and all kinds of market main body has grown rapidly.This article analysis the question in the reform of business system,and make recommendations such as overall deepening the reform tasks deployed,simplifying the procedures of business start-up and write-off,propel certificate separation reform.
