现阶段我国推行“以房养老”的现实困境及新思路探讨

Practical Predicament of Implementing “house-for-pension” and Discussion on the New Ideas at the Present Stage in China

近年来,我国人口结构出现老龄化特征,社会养老压力日益加大,"以房养老"模式被引入国内并在多地市开展试点。然而,这些试点推广成效并不显著。因此,本文通过对我国"以房养老"模式推广过程中面临的困境进行分析,以提出应对的新思路。

In recent years,China’s population has become aging,and the pressure on social pension is increasing.The“house-for-pension”model has been introduced into China and piloted in many cities.However,the effectiveness of these pilot promotions is not significant.Therefore,the paper hopes to analyze the dilemma faced in the process of promoting the“house-for-pension”model in China so as to propose new ideas for coping with the situation.
