众筹式现代学徒制长效机制的研究与实践——以广州铁路职业技术学院计算机应用技术专业为例

摘要 解决用工荒与招工难、深化校企合作、形成校企一体化育人长效机制,是现代学徒制试点要解决的关键问题。实践发现"企业参与动力、人才可持续发展和中小微企业人才供给"三大短板直接影响我国现代学徒制试点效果与持续发展。根据国家教育部"注重整体谋划、鼓励基层首创"的精神,广州铁路职业技术学院计算机应用技术专业搭建校行企一体化育人众筹平台,构建了众筹式育人长效机制,实施众筹式学徒培训与管理,有效填补了三大短板,是一种行之有效的现代学徒制育人模式。 It is a key problem for the modern apprenticeship system to solve the problem of labor shortage and recruitment difficulty,deepen school-enterprise cooperation and form the long-term mechanism of school-enterprise integration.It has been found that the three short boards of"enterprise participation motivation,talent sustainable development and small and medium enterprise talent supply"directly affect the effect and sustainable development of modern apprenticeship system in China.In accordance with the spirit of the Ministry of Education,"pay attention to overall planning and encourage grass-roots initiative",the computer application technology major of Guangzhou Railway Polytechnic builds a platform for the integration of enterprises and colleges,and establishes a long-term mechanism of crowdfunding for educating people.The implementation of crowdfunding apprenticeship training and management effectively fills up the three short boards and is an effective modern apprenticeship education model.
