摘要
德国职业教育质量管理体系来源于全面质量管理理论,是20世纪末由企业管理实践当中引入职业教育领域,并逐渐发展成为德国双元制职业教育体系中重要的一环。通过从我国职业教育质量管理的现实情况入手,分析存在的普遍性问题及主要矛盾,对比研究德国质量管理体系的核心要素,力求通过借鉴国外优秀经验,进一步提升我国职业教育管理水平,增强办学质量,加快内涵发展,提出具有可操作性的意见与建议。
German vocational education quality management system comes from Total Quality Management Theory,which was born in business management to introduce vocational education and now become an important part of Germany dual vocational education system in the late20th century.This study starts with the reality of the quality management of vocational education in China,Compare the common points and core elements of the quality management system between China and Germany,improve the management of vocational education in China by absorbing the German experience,and also make useful comments and suggestions.
