摘要
翻转课堂在变革传统的教学模式,然而,在实际授课中,翻转课堂的设计与实施的有效性并没有与预期相符,特别是对于理论课程。本文试图基于库伯经验学习圈提出理论课程翻转课堂模式的设计思路,以提高翻转课堂的有效性。在课前创造具体体验机会,安排微课学习、反思总结;在课堂上通过讨论对经验、知识内化抽象概念;课后考核行动应用。
Flipped classroom is changing the traditional teaching model.However,in reality,the validity of the flip class is not consistent with the expectations,especially in the theoretical course.This paper attempts to propose the design idea of flipped classroom model based on experiential learning circle theory to improve the effectiveness of flipped classroom.Before class,teachers can create specific experience opportunities and arrange micro-lessons to learn.In class,teachers can organize class discussion.After class,teachers can set up practical exercises.
