The Logic of Cultural Confidence and the Cultural Practice in Socialism with Chinese Characteristics

以观念形态的"精神文化"为本质蕴涵的"文化自信",是"科学社会主义理论逻辑与历史逻辑的辩证统一"的中国特色社会主义在思想观念与文化价值领域的深层确证。在马克思主义经典作家那里,"精神文化"不仅是整体性的"日常生活"和社会有机体的结构性要素,而且也是社会变迁以及共产党作为执政党能否始终保持先进性、把握历史进程的社会主义方向,领导国家建成社会主义的深层制约性因素。作为中国特色社会主义的文化规定性,文化自信不仅涉及意识形态性、文化形态和物性载体的统一,而且也是精神信仰、价值规范与价值承诺三个基本维度的"应然"融合,从而承继并拓展了科学社会主义理论逻辑;而文化创造主体在历史发展与社会制度及其结构变迁过程中对于本民族文化价值的认知和文化形态现代转换的主动适应性,以及对于不同民族文化的关系意识这样两个方面的文化差异性认同建构,呈现出文化自信的历史逻辑。基于理论逻辑与历史逻辑相统一的文化自信在多个层面提示了中国特色社会主义文化实践的基本策略与限定性。

Cultural confidence,with“spiritual culture”as its core content,is the profound confirmation of socialism with Chinese characteristics in fields of conception and cultural value.In the eyes of classic Marxist writers,“spiritual culture”is not only an integral“daily life”and the component of social organism,but the deep constraint on social change,the maintaining of advancement of CPC,the right direction of socialism and the establishment of socialism.As the cultural prescription of socialism with Chinese characteristics,cultural confidence not only involves the integrity of ideology,cultural pattern and physical carrier,but also is the“necessary”integration of spiritual belief,value norm and value commitment,both of which help to inherit and extend the theoretical logic of scientific socialism.The acceptance of ethnic cultural value and the positive adaptation by cultural creation subjects to the modern transition of cultural pattern,as well as the acceptance and construction of the relationships among different ethnic cultures,reveal the historic logic of cultural confidence.Based on the integrity of theoretical logic and historical logic,cultural confidence reveals the basic strategy and limitation of the cultural practice in socialism with Chinese characteristics.
