摘要
自工匠精神一词纳入政府工作报告以来,社会各界都对此展开了热烈的讨论。应该说,对工匠精神的呼唤,是时代发展的必然诉求。高职教育是培养高素质应用型技能人才的摇篮,有必要深入分析工匠精神的内涵,厘清困扰高职教育系统开展工匠精神教育在社会、院校本身和学生三个层面的现实阻碍,找出突破路径,从高水平专业建设、多形式的校企合作、利用课程思政实现全系统教书育人以及与创新创业教育有机整合四大方向寻求高职院校开展工匠精神教育的更好手段。
Since the term“craftsmanship spirit”was included in the government work report,there has been heated discussion in both the society and the theoretical community.We believe that the call for the spirit of craftsmanship is an inevitable demand of the new times.Higher vocational education,as the cradle of students with high quality talents of applied skills,must deeply analyze the connotation of craftsmanship spirit,and sort out the realistic obstacles that haunt the development of craftsmanship spiritual education in society,colleges and students.Only in this way can vocational colleges find better means to develop the spirit of craftsmanship from a high level of professional construction,various forms of cooperation between schools and enterprises,system-wide teaching and educating people using the ideological and political curricula,organically-integrated innovation and entrepreneurship.
