摘要
世界经济论坛(WEF)于2017年1月发布白皮书《在第四次工业革命中实现人类的潜力》,将教育及教师摆在促进21世纪人类发挥潜力的重要位置。从WEF的系列文件中可看到技术变革引发了全球劳动力市场的变化,未来人力资源需具备21世纪技能,教育体系将转变成一个生态系统。这样的背景给未来教师的知识专业化、能力专业化及伦理专业化提出新要求,对此,建议通过职前职后一体化、多方利益者参与、合理利用信息技术支持、完善教师专业化评级体系等再构实现未来教师专业化的路径。
World Economic Forum(WEF)published a white paper entitled“Realizing Human Potential in the Fourth Industrial Revolution”in January2017,in which education and teachers are regarded as important roles to develop human potential in the 21st century.In a series of documents published by WEF,people can find that technological revolution has led to the change in the global labor market and the future laborers should acquire21st-century skills,and that education system will be transformed into an ecosystem.Hence,future teachers are required to improve their professional knowledge,professional competence,and professional ethic.Future teachers’professionalization can be achieved through the integration of pre-service preparation and in-service training,the participation of multi-stakeholders,the support of information technology and the system of teachers’professional evaluation.
