职前教师课堂观察与未来创意教学行为相关性研究--以台湾传统师范大学五年级实习生为例 被引量:2

Pre-service Teachers' Classroom Observation and Perception of Future Creative Teaching:A Case Study of Grade Five Interns in Traditional Taiwan Normal Universities

摘要 以台湾传统师范大学之五年级实习生为研究对象,采取问卷调查方式共回收4所学校有效问卷210份,探讨职前教师课堂观察与未来创意教学之间的关系。研究结果显示:不同实习年级、实习学校规模之职前教师,课堂观察及未来创意教学行为具有显著差异;职前教师课堂观察与未来创意教学行为有显著正相关;职前教师课堂观察对未来创意教学行为有显著预测效果。 Taking grade-five interns of the traditional Taiwan normal universities as the research object,questionnaire survey is used to explore the relationship between pre-service teacher classroom observation and future creative teaching,and a total of210valid questionnaires from4universities are collected.The results show that there are significant differences between the different internship grades and internship schools,the perceived classroom observation and the future creative teaching behavior;that the classroom observation of pre-service teachers has a significant positive correlation with the future creative teaching behavior;and that the classroom observation of pre-service teachers has a significant predictive effect on future creative teaching behavior.
