摘要
中国文化对外传播需要开拓多种渠道,善用不同资源。相比较而言,海外华人是中国文化理想的介绍者和传承者。要有效发挥海外华人的积极作用,推进中国文化与当地文化的交流会通。在世界上第一个提出多元文化主义政策并将其纳入宪法的西方国家——加拿大,华人华侨在融通中加关系和构建文化形象中拥有经济和教育两个方面的独特优势。从华人华侨传播中华文化的效果和媒介来看,可将对外传播活动重心从两个方面进行调整:一是借助当地华人社团和文化团体等资源,鼓励海外华人主办中华文化传播活动,并融入到目标受众群体中去;二是与华侨华人,尤其是华商华社,合作开发具有"中国精神"的文化创意产品和产品。
The dissemination of Chinese culture overseas needs involvement of many kinds of channels and resources.Comparatively speaking,overseas Chinese are ideal communicators and inheritors.How can we lake advantages of overseas Chinese lo promote ihe communication belween Chinese culture and overseas culture?To find the solutions to this problem,this paper aims to take Canada as the example as Canada is the first country in the world to implement the policy of multiculturalism.Firstly,the advantage of connecting China and Canada is reflected in the field of economy and Chinese language education.Secondly,the paper focuses on slralegic solutions to the problems tlial arise when the Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of the Slate Council taps out unique and potential resources ihe Chinese Canadians have.
