摘要
教师常常在超常教育精英文化建设中忘记那些被暂时淘汰的"正常"学生,忽视了他们的心理健康与学业发展,他们心理经历的"超常—异常—正常—不寻常"的过程远比一般意义上超常学生复杂得多、敏感得多,因此可塑性更强、开发潜力更大。
Average students of the talented and gifted are often no attention paid to temporarily neglected in the elite education culture,their mental health and academic development.This paper,according to this problem,believes the psychological experience of these so called low-achievers of the talented and gifted is far more comples than their counterpart,high-achievers of the talented and gifted.With a changing"extrodinary-normal-eminent"process,they are more sensitive,and of more possibilities to be shaped,therefore,they are of greater potential to develop.
