摘要
"规划"与"小结"指向学生元认知能力的发展,还呼应了学生发展核心素养中"自我管理""勤于反思"的操作要点,也是PDCA全面质量管理思想在班级管理中的具体落实。实践表明,规划小结本在班级管理中具有提升学习效率,实现自主管理、同伴教育、师生沟通等诸多教育功能。
"Planning"and"summary"are inportant part to the development of students′metacognitive ability,and they are in comsistence with main points of"self-management"and"reflection"in students′core competencies,and are also the concrete implementation of comprehensive quality management for PDCA in class management.The practice shows that the planning and summary notebook plays a critical role in increasing learning efficiency,realizing self-management and peer education,and improving the communication between teachers and students in class management.
