轻烃生产装置综合节能降耗研究

轻烃生产是石油化工生产中非常重要的环节,轻烃生产需要配备特殊的生产作业装置,在轻烃生产装置中包含了压缩、净化分离、供电、供水等几个主要的部分。当前国家正在大力倡导环保生产,因此,轻烃生产过程中的节能降耗也成为石油化工生产中重要的议题。如何实现轻烃生产的环保,又要不断提升轻烃产品的质量以及性能,就要求针对轻烃生产装置进行工艺优化,不断改造轻烃生产装置,这样才能实现轻烃生产装置节能降耗的目标。

Light hydrocarbon production is a very important link in petrochemical production.Light hydrocarbon production needs special production equipment,which includes compression,purification and separation,power supply,water supply and other major parts.At present,the country is vigorously advocating environmental protection production.Therefore,energy saving and consumption reduction in light hydrocarbon production process has become an important issue in petrochemical production.How to achieve the skills of light hydrocarbon production to ensure environmental protection,and constantly improve the quality and performance of light hydrocarbon products.This requires process optimization for light hydrocarbon production units and continuous modification of light hydrocarbon production units,so as to promote the goal of energy saving and consumption reduction of light hydrocarbon production units.
