摘要
石油属于典型的危险化学品,有效保障石油运输安全极其重要。基于此,以石油管道储运安全风险分析为根本出发点,并针对性制定事故预防措施,以期为提高石油管道储运安全提供参考。
Petroleum is a typical dangerous chemical.It is very important to effectively protect the safety of oil transportation.Based on this,this paper takes the risk analysis of oil pipeline storage and transportation as the basic starting point,and formulates accident prevention measures aiming at improving the safety of oil pipeline storage and transportation.
