轻烃异构化新工艺的开发与工业应用研究

摘要 在分析轻烃异构化基本特点和反应时,还开放了施工工艺中的一种轻烃异构化新型技术的应用,该新工艺主要的邮电是在于将轻烃异构化反应系统融合为一个组成部分,还可以根据C,与C`烷烃的异构化反应特点分别采用不同的操作条件。并且将新工艺与一次通过工艺和脱异工艺实施对比,其正规的轻烃异构化总率以及产品的数据有显著的提升。面对我国新工艺的开发和工业应用等装置上成功的运行,该装置通过不断完善后,轻烃异构化产品的研究一直处于很稳定的状态当中,并且还促进我国的企业的清洁油的生产量。以下针对轻烃异构化新工艺的开发与工业应用研究进行详细分析。 In the analysis of the basic characteristics and reactions of light hydrocarbon isomerization,this paper also opens up the application of a new technology of light hydrocarbon isomerization in the construction process.The main purpose of this new technology is to integrate the light hydrocarbon isomerization reaction system into one component.It can also be based on the characteristics of C and C’alkane isomerization reactions,respectively.Different operating conditions are adopted.Comparing the new process with the one-time process and dedifferentiation process,the normal total rate of light hydrocarbon isomerization and the product data have been significantly improved.Facing the successful operation of new process development and industrial application in China,the research of light hydrocarbon isomerization products has been in a very stable state,and it also promotes the production of clean oil in Chinese enterprises.The development and application of new process for isomerization of light hydrocarbons are analyzed in detail.
