摘要 随着涂料行业的飞速发展,最近几年UV固化涂料越来越多地应用在更多的领域。作为一种绿色环保涂料,UV固化涂料的使用完全满足涂料行业的基本原则,除了在其使用的过程中固化能比较低之外,UV固化涂料使用之后的挥发物也非常少,对环境和人几乎没有危害,而UV涂料最吸引人的地方是它能够很大程度上降低原材料的消耗,极大降低了UV固化材料的生产成本。主要介绍了UV固化涂料在这几年的发展情况,然后综述了UV固化涂料得以广泛应用的两大领域。 With the rapid development of the coating industry,UV curing coatings have been used more and more in more fields in recent years.As a green environmental protection coatings,the use of UV curing coatings fully meets the basic principles of the coating industry.In addition to the low curing energy in the course of its use,after the use of UV curing coatings.Volatile matter is also very few,which has little harm to the environment and human beings.The most attractive thing about UV coating is that it can reduce the consumption of raw materials to a large extent,which can greatly reduce the cost of production of UV curing materials.This article comprehensively introduces the development of UV curing coatings in recent years,and then describes in detail the two major areas in which UV curing coatings can be widely used.
