河南金大地化工有限责任公司煤气化工序选用先进的晋华炉水煤浆气化技术生产粗合成气,目前正处于项目建设阶段。根据以往经验,气化炉运行到后期,往往由于激冷水流量提不上来导致系统减负荷或停车,究其原因是激冷水过滤器堵塞造成,因此有必要对激冷水过滤器进行选型升级,以提高生产系统的稳定性。
