摘要 随着我国经济的发展,国家对于乙醇燃料的需求不断增加,每年有上万吨粮食都用来高浓度乙醇生产。针对玉米干法酒精生产过程中真菌毒素降解技术进行了概要的评析。 With the development of China’s economy,the country’s demand for ethanol fuel is increasing.Every year,tens of tons of grain are used for high-concentration ethanol production.This paper reviews the mycotoxin degradation technology in the production of corn dry alcohol.
