摘要
随着科技的不断发展,很多学者研究发现改性果胶具有解酒、抗肿瘤等良好的作用。根据上述背景,提出石榴皮渣果胶分子改性研究。首先对果胶改性的方法进行叙述,主要介绍了四种方法 :碱液催化脱酯法、酸化乙醇脱酯法、酰胺化法、酶催化法。然后采用碱法对石榴皮渣果胶进行改性,实验发现,采用1%浓度的KOH溶液对果胶进行改性,所获得的改性果胶提取率最高。
With the continuous development of science and technology,many scholars have found that modified pectin has a good effect on hangover and anti-tumor.According to the above background,the molecular modification of pomegranate pectin pectin was proposed.Firstly,the method of pectin modification is described in general.Four methods are introduced:lye catalyzed deesterification;acidified alcohol de-esterification;amidation;enzymatic catalysis.Then,the pomegranate pectin pectin was modified by alkali method.It was found that the pectin was modified by 1%concentration KOH solution,and the obtained pectin extraction rate was the highest.
