摘要
环氧化合物水解酶能够在一定程度上加快生物转换流程中的转换效率与筛选性,而且环氧化合物水解酶反应非常柔和,所以在手性药物中间体合成中环氧化物水解酶应用广泛。将环氧化物水解酶融入到手性药物中间体中解决了某些制药难题,引起越来越多人的重视。简要概括了手性的概念以及环氧化合物水解酶的发展历史和来源,详细论述了环氧化物水解酶在手性药物中间体中的应用。
On the basis of epoxy compound hydrolase,it can accelerate the conversion efficiency and screening in the biotransformation process to a certain extent.Moreover,the epoxy compound hydrolase reaction is very soft,so epoxy in the synthesis of chiral pharmaceutical intermediates.Compound hydrolases are widely used.The incorporation of epoxide hydrolases into chiral pharmaceutical intermediates has solved some of the pharmaceutical challenges that have attracted more and more attention.This paper briefly summarizes the concept of chirality and the development history and source of epoxy compound hydrolase.The application of epoxide hydrolase in chiral drug intermediates is discussed in detail for reference.
