摘要
20世纪80年代以后,DCS控制系统逐渐取代常规仪表,成为医药化工自动化的主流。在我国科研技术水平逐渐提升的背景下,自动化技术水平得到的提升,DCS控制系统在自动化技术应用下,其功能与性能逐渐完备,受到了广大医药行业的重视。通过对DCS控制系统的概念以及工作原理的分析,提出了其在医药化工中的有效应用,以供同行参考。
Since the 1980s,DCS control system has gradually replaced conventional instruments and become the mainstream of pharmaceutical and chemical automation.With the gradual improvement of scientific research and automation technology in our country,DCS control system has gradually completed its functions and performances under the application of automation technology,which has attracted the attention of the pharmaceutical industry.Through the analysis of the concept and working principle of DCS control system,the effective application of DCS in pharmaceutical and chemical industry is put forward for reference.
