摘要
低取代羟丙基纤维素作为重要的崩解剂和黏合剂,其在医药制剂领域应用极为广泛。采用环氧丙烷和碱纤维素发生醚化反应,进而采用气-固合成法来制备低取代羟丙纤维素。通过分析制备低取代羟丙纤维素所需的环氧丙烷的质量分数、发生醚化的温度及碱纤维素的压榨比等影响因素来明确低取代羟丙纤维素的最佳制备条件,从而实现低取代羟丙纤维素的有效制备。
Low-substituted hydroxypropyl cellulose,as an important disintegrating agent and adhesives,is widely used in the field of pharmaceutical preparations.Low-substituted hydroxypropyl cellulose was prepared by etherification of propylene oxide with alkali cellulose and gas-solid synthesis.In this paper,the optimum preparation conditions of low-substituted hydroxypropyl cellulose were determined by analyzing the mass fraction of propylene oxide,the temperature of etherification and the pressing ratio of alkali cellulose,so as to realize the effective preparation of low-substituted hydroxypropyl cellulose.
