摘要
制药企业烘干工艺废气具有浓度低、风量大、成分复杂、恶臭异味明显的特点,分析采用现有技术难以有效治理烘干工艺尾气的原因,并介绍臭氧催化氧化技术的工艺原理、现场实验。实验结果表明:该技术能有效去除尾气中的有机污染物,可应用于治理干燥工艺VOCs尾气。
The tail gas from drying process in pharmaceutical enterprises is difficult to effectively control by using existing technology.Because VOC concentration is low and air volume is large.Moreover,it has complex composition and distinct odor.In order to solve this problem,The technology of ozone catalytic oxidation technology is introduced in this paper.And some experiments are carried out in the field.The experiments results show that the technology can effectively remove the organic pollutants in the tail gas,and can be used to treat the VOCs tail gas of drying process.
