The policy of Hainan Free Trade area is being implemented step by step,and the integration of international commerce has become the trend of Hainan’s development.At the same time,the competition environment faced by domestic and foreign enterprises is becoming more and more complex.Supply chain management(SCM)is an international management concept.Through the analysis of relevant technologies,this paper combines the specific information strategy of foreign enterprises’supply chain management,focusing on the status and important role of information technology in supply chain management.
