Malfunction analysis and retrofiting of the high-gravity desulphurization equipment

介绍了200 kt/a硫磺制酸装置超重力脱硫机的结构、运行情况及运行中出现的故障。通过对故障原因进行查找、分析,提出了解决措施。对超重力脱硫机的密封形式、润滑方式进行技术改造,最终实现超重力脱硫机的长周期稳定运行。

The configuration,operating status,and malfunction in the operation of the high-gravity desulphurization equipment for the 200 kt/a sulphur-burning sulphuric acid plant were discussed.The root cause analysis was conducted to identify the factors of the malfunction and the solution was proposed.Retrofitting of the seal method and lubrication method for the high-gravity desulphurization equipment was performed to accomplish a long-period stable operation.
