锅炉汽包液位的准确测量、稳定控制和可靠运行是锅炉安全运行的重要保证。通过几种汽包液位计优缺点的比较认为:应优先选择玻璃板液位计、差压法液位计及电接点液位计。再根据实际情况确定汽包液位是否需要补偿,以及是否需要采用三冲量等复杂的方式去控制。

Accurate measurement,steady state control,and reliable operation of the boiler drum liquid level are critical to the safe operation of boilers.Comparison of the advantages and disadvantages of several steam drum level controllers indicated that the glass plate level gauge,the differential pressure level gauge and the electrical contact level gauge should be selected preferentially.Actual situation should be taken into account to determine the necessity of the compensation method and the complicated three impulses control method for the measurement.
