摘要
为了解决目前天然橡胶包装生产线上胶工序完全依靠人工操作,且劳动强度大、生产成本高、工作效率低的问题,设计了一套天然橡胶包装生产线的液压式上胶装置——上胶机械手。它主要包括传动装置、夹持装置和液压控制系统,确定了主要的结构参数,描述了该天然橡胶包装生产线的工艺流程与上胶机械手的自动控制流程。实验结果表明:机械手运行平稳,上胶效果良好,其较人工上胶的质量与效率得到大幅度地改善与提高。证明该方案设计合理,机械自动化程度高,可在实际生产中推广应用。
In order to solve the problems of manual operation,high labor intensity,high production cost and low working efficiency of the gluing process of the natural rubber packaging production line,a set of hydraulic gluing device,gluing manipulator of the natural rubber packaging production line was designed.It mainly includes transmission device,clamping device and hydraulic control system.The main structural parameters were determined.At the same time,the process of the natural rubber packing production line and the automatic control process of the gluing manipulator were described.The experimental results show that the manipulator is smooth and the glue effect is good.The quality and efficiency of the manipulator are greatly improved.It is proved the design is reasonable,high in mechanical automation,and can be widely used in practical production.
