摘要
本文对粗糙度不同的2A12铝合金试样及零部件进行表面镀银,并研究了镀银层的导电性能。结果表明,当粗糙度R_a较小介于0.8~1.6μm之间时,其对镀银层的导电性能影响较小;当零部件粗糙度R_a较大介于3.2~6.3μm之间时,镀银层的导电性能明显变差。
In this paper,the samples and parts with different roughness of 2A12 aluminium alloy were platedwithsilver,andtheconductivitiesofthecoatingsweretested.Theresultsshowedthattheinfluence of the roughness on the conductivity of the coating was little when the roughness Ra was between 0.8μm and 1.6μm.However,the conductivity of the silver coating became smaller when the roughness Ra became larger,between 3.2μm and 6.3μm.
