摘要
电火花深窄槽加工时,因深宽比较大、蚀除产物难以排出,蚀除产物在极间的积聚造成放电环境的恶化,进而导致短路、拉弧、积碳等不良现象,不仅影响加工效率,还会造成电极损耗的增大,参数选择更加受限制。在介绍支持向量机回归分析原理的基础上,建立了石墨电极电火花深窄槽加工效率和电极相对损耗的支持向量机回归工艺模型,可有效预测加工效果,从而为参数决策提供指导。
In EDM seal slot machining,because of high aspect ratio etching product accumulates between the poles and can not be ejected effectively resulting in the deterioration of discharge environment and bad discharge phenomenon such as short circuit,arc,carbon distribution and so on.On the basis of introducing the principle of support vector regression machine,this paper build up the support vector regression analysis model of MRR and EWR in EDM seal slot machining with graphite electrode,this model can predict the machining effect effectively and direct parameter decision.
