基于油包水型工作液的电火花成形加工工艺实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 现阶段电火花成形加工普遍采用煤油等油基工作液,也有研究者采用水作为加工工作液,但均无法兼备高效及环保的性能。基于此,提出采用油包水型工作液作为电火花成形加工工作液,并通过实验研究了峰值电流、脉冲宽度和工件极性对材料去除率、电极损耗率和表面粗糙度的影响。结果表明:与煤油相比,采用油包水型工作液进行电火花成形加工,不仅更为安全、环保,而且加工效率更高。 Recently,kerosene and other oil-based working fluids are generally used in the field of EDM.Some researchers also use water as a working fluid,but none of them can achieve both high efficiency and environmental friendliness.Based on this,the water-in-oil working fluid was used as working fluid for EDM,and its processing technology:the effect of peak current,pulse width and workpiece polarity on material removal rate,electrode loss rate and surface roughness,was studied experimentally.The results show that compared with kerosene,the use of water-in-oil working fluid EDM is not only safer,more environmentally friendly,and more efficient in processing.
