堆内构件在役维修水下电火花成形装备关键技术研发

摘要 水下电火花加工技术是核电厂运行、维护、退役过程中切割、成形的关键技术之一,水下电火花加工的核心部件包括电极驱动系统和电气控制系统。研制了透明防水罩部件、电极驱动头部件和驱动头底座部件等电极驱动系统的关键部件,开发了加工控制系统和脉冲电源等电气控制系统。水下电火花加工装置经实验测试,其防水性能和加工性能均能满足工程要求。 Underwater EDM technology is one of the key technologies in the operation,maintenance and decommissioning of the nuclear power plant,and the electrode drive system and electrical control system are the core components of the underwater electric spark.The key components of the electrode drive system,such as transparent waterproof cover,electrode drive head and driving head base,have been developed,and the electrical control system,such as machining control system and pulse power supply,is developed.The underwater electrical discharge device is tested by experiments,and its waterproofing and processing performance meet the engineering requirement.
