上海共享单车停放的时空特征与管理对策——基于浦东新区某街道重点区域的抽样调查分析

Spatial and Temporal Characteristics and Management Strategies of Shared Bicycle Parking in Shanghai——Sampling Investigation and Analysis of Key Area of A Street in Pudong New Area

共享单车是指企业在校园、地铁站点、公交站点、居民区、商业区、公共服务区等提供自行车单车共享服务。近些年来,上海共享单车发展迅猛,在给人们出行带来便利的同时,也因停放管理问题给城市带来新挑战,因而上海市出台了规范共享单车管理的相关政策。抽样调查显示,上海共享单车停放管理总体情况良好,但在停放区域划定、停放管理人员配备、个人有序停放意识等方面也存在薄弱环节。下一步,上海需要在共享单车总量控制、停放点空间优化、管理、停放管理人员配备、单车平台企业管理以及个人有序停放意识培养等方面完善相关政策措施。

Bicycle sharing refers to which enterprise provide bike-sharing services on campus,subway stations,bus stations,residential areas,business districts and public service areas.In recent years,Shanghai’s bicycle sharing has developed rapidly.On one hand,bicycle sharing brings convenience to people's travel,on the other hand,it brings new challenges to the city due to the parking management problem.Therefore,Shanghai has issued relevant policies to standardize the management of bicycle sharing.Sampling survey shows that the overall situation of Shanghai bicycle sharing parking management is in good condition.However,there are some weaknesses in parking management,such as parking area demarcation,parking management personnel allocation,and orderly parking consciousness of individuals.Next,Shanghai still need to improve relevant policies in total quantity control of Bicycle sharing、parking space optimization、personnel allocation of parking management、cultivating orderly parking awareness and so on.
