中国各省市金融效率度量方法及比较研究

The Measurement Method and Comparative Study for Financial Efficiency of China Provinces

党的十九大报告中明确提出要建立现代经济体系,推动经济发展质量变革、效率变革、动力变革,金融作为现代经济的核心,因此,要保持经济平稳健康发展,就要把金融搞好,提高金融质量与效率。但目前对金融效率度量方法上差异性较大,度量的结果也不统一,甚至有些方法存在不科学的情况。为此,本文的目的就是根据人们对金融效率的最新认识,对原来的方法进行改造,使用复合指标对中国各省级区域的金融效率进行度量,并在此基础上研究各地区在金融效率上的差异,从而为更好地提升各地区的金融效率提供对策建议。

In the 19th CPC national congress report,it was clearly proposed to establish a modern economic system to promote the quality reform,efficiency reform and power reform of economic development.However.There are great differences in the measurement methods of financial efficiency,and the results of the measurement are not uniform,even some methods are not scientific.Therefore,the purpose of this paper is according to the latest knowledge in the financial efficiency.The modification of the original method,using the composite index of China's provincial regional financial efficiency measurement,and on the basis of the study regional differences in financial efficiency and thus to better promote regional financial efficiency provides the countermeasures and Suggestions.
