Research progress of percutaneous coronary intervention of coronary chronic total occlusion

摘要 冠状动脉慢性完全闭塞病变(coronary chronic total occlusion,CTO)是指冠状动脉闭塞时间≥3个月,远端无前向造影剂通过(TIMI 0级)的病变。CTO是冠心病患者常见病变类型之一,有研究显示行冠状动脉造影检查的患者中约1/3存在CTO病变[1]。经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(percutaneous coro-nary intervention,PCI)是CTO患者的主要治疗方法之一。目前CTO-PCI临床研究进展快,新技术不断推出,本文将简要介绍CTO-PCI最新研究动态[2]。
